“Nanofilm has developed ultra-thin self-assembling films that act as a protective layer for displays, such as computer displays, cell phone windows, ATMs and PDAs. It can also be used to protect photonics devices, such as lasers. These invisible, ultra-thin films are less than 10 nanometers thick and are applied over anti-reflective coatings. These coatings can be applied in a variety of ways, including spin-coating, vapor deposition and hand application.”
